Galvanized Steel / Galvalume Steel

Hot-dip Galvanizing (HDG) is the process of dipping fabricated steel into a kettle or vat of molten zinc. While the steel is in the kettle, the iron metallurgically reacts with the molten zinc to form a tightly-bonded alloy coating that provides superior corrosion protection to the steel.

Hot-dip galvanizing features excellent forming properties, paintability, weldability, and is suitable for fabrication by forming, pressing and bending. Applications include domestic applications, building applications (e.g. wall elements, corrugated for roofing applications..), automotive applications, lighting fixtures, drums and various kinds of section applications.

Galvalume steel sheet is carbon steel sheet coated with aluminum-zinc alloy by a continuously hot-dipped process. The nominal coating composition is 55% aluminum and 45% zinc. A small but important addition of silicon is included in the coating alloy. It is added not to enhance the corrosion performance, but to provide good coating adhesion to the steel substrate when the product is roll-formed, drawn, or bent during fabrication.

Galvalume has the Applications include pre-engineered metal buildings, industrial roofing and siding, air-conditioning equipment, automotive under-body parts, building panels, electrical boxes, farm equipment and machinery, walk-in coolers, furnace parts, guide rails, heating equipment, home laundry appliances, outdoor signs, playground equipment, small appliances, vending machines, and wall panels.

Prepainted Galvanized Steel / Prepainted Galvalume Steel

Prepainted steel is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than that of Galvanized / Galvalume steel sheets.

We provide the prepainted steel consist of the base material of Galvanized and Alu-Zinc coated. We can provide the color of prepainted steel in a very wide selection, like Orange, White, Brown, Bright Red, Brick Red, Ivory White, etc.

Prepainted steel is mainly provided for various commercial purposes covering construction, household appliance, light industry, machinery, electronics and other industries.
